Terms and Conditions for Hire of The Gilmore Golf Sim Cabin

1. Reservation and Payment:

1.1 The Gilmore Golf Sim Cabin (referred to as "The Gilmore") can be reserved for use through our official booking channels.

1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

1.3 Payment can be made through the accepted payment methods as specified by Log Cabins For Sale, the management of The Gilmore.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

2.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking will be eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 The Gilmore management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Golf Sim Rules and Regulations:

3.1 All players must adhere to the rules and regulations of normal golf etiquette while using The Gilmore.

3.2 Each booking is allowed a maximum of four players. Additional players may be accommodated at an extra charge, subject to availability.

3.3 Players are responsible for the care and maintenance of the golf equipment provided by The Gilmore during their session.

3.4 Players must not engage in any behavior that may cause damage to The Gilmore or its equipment.

3.5 The Gilmore is currently only playable by right-handed golfers.

4. Health and Safety:

4.1 Players must follow all safety instructions provided by The Gilmore staff.

4.2 Players with pre-existing medical conditions or injuries should consult a medical professional before participating in any golf activities.

4.3 Alcohol consumption is not permitted during a golf session. Any players suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access to The Gilmore without a refund.

5. Conduct and Responsibilities:

5.1 Players are responsible for their actions and behavior while on The Gilmore premises.

5.2 The Gilmore management reserves the right to remove any individual or group from the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

5.3 Please do not change the settings on our computer, the launch monitor, the projector, or the screen. Everything is set up by professionals to give you the best golf simulator experience.

5.4 Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on-site.

5.5 All golfers using The Gilmore must have a valid UK golf handicap and may be asked to prove this.

6. Use of CCTV:

6.1 Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras are installed both inside and outside The Gilmore for security purposes.

6.2 The CCTV cameras do not record audio; only video footage is captured.

6.3 The Gilmore management retains the right to review CCTV footage in the event of any incidents, disputes, or breaches of these terms and conditions.

7. Liability:

7.1 Players use The Gilmore facilities at their own risk. The Gilmore management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during a session.

7.2 The Gilmore management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

7.3 Any damages to the Gilmore equipment by improper use will incur a £500 excess charge.

8. Arrival and Equipment:

8.1 Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tee-off time.

8.2 Eating and drinking inside the Gilmore is strictly prohibited.

8.3 We have a selection of clubs for all players to borrow. Customers are allowed to bring their own clubs; however, they must be very clean and will be inspected prior to your game. This is to protect the screen from damages.

8.4 Good quality golf balls are provided. Please only use the balls provided unless permission is granted by management. Certain balls, especially dirty ones, can cause damage to the screen.

9. Data Protection (GDPR) and Amendments:

9.1 Customers' details will only be used for the purposes of The Gilmore Golf Cabin and the management company Log Cabins For Sale UK for internal use only.

9.2 Customer details will not be shared with a third party.

9.3 The Gilmore management reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

9.4 Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective from the time they are posted on The Gilmore booking website.

By booking and using The Gilmore Golf Sim Cabin, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the termination of your session without a refund
